Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Student Nurses' Association and the Foundation of the National Student Nurses Association is an integral member of the executive team, managing the organization and its staff. The CEO is responsible for the overall implementation and success of the NSNA/FNSNA mission, vision, and strategy and leads the development and execution of near and long-term goals. This includes overseeing financial management, program development, organizational development, fundraising, government, and external relations, marketing, public relations, and community engagement. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and as the CEO of the organization is responsible for cultivating relationships to ensure organizational success for NSNA/FNSNA.

Assists the Chief Executive Officer. Serves as staff support for the Nominating and Elections Committee.

Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the NSNA and FNSNA team, responsible for strategic financial planning and management. The CFO serves as a staff consultant to the Secretary/Treasurer of both organizations, providing expertise and guidance on financial matters.
One of the main responsibilities of the CFO is to draft the annual budget for NSNA and FNSNA, seeking Board approval for financial planning and resource allocation. As CFO, Mr. Persaud plays a crucial role in monitoring income and expenses, ensuring financial stability and sustainability for both organizations.
In addition, Mr. Persaud supervises the accountant and works closely with auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. As CFO, Mr. Persaud is responsible for developing internal systems and procedures to streamline financial operations, enhance transparency, and improve efficiency. By implementing sound financial strategies and governance practices, the CFO plays a critical role in supporting the mission and goals of NSNA and FNSNA.

Marketing and Meeting Specialist
Responsible for overseeing organizational marketing activities for the NSNA. Plans and coordinates the NSNA Summer Leadership Summit, MidYear Conference, and the NSNA Annual Convention. The specialist works closely with the NSNA Convention Planning Committee and the NSNA Population and Global Health Committee.

Membership Specialist
Plans and executes annual membership marketing plan including preparation of publicity materials, mailings, recruitment and retention activities; develops membership benefits and services programs; coordinates membership contests; and maintains membership statistics. Coordinates design and distribution of the Convention and MidYear Brochures. Serves as staff support for membership committee chair. Administers NSNA's records management program. Coordinates marketing and provides consultation to states and schools on establishing and managing chapters.

Assists the Membership Specialist in the membership area. Serves as staff support for Resolutions Committee.

Communications Specialist
Serves as staff resource person for the Imprint editor, who also serves as the Image of Nursing chairperson. Manages the publicity and public relations needs of the association. Manages the association's digital presence, including websites and social media. Manages the advertising in the association's digital communications; Manages the editorial and production phases for Imprint magazine, guidebooks, reports, promotional materials, program books and other publications and media.

Performs computer systems and equipment operations in support of administrative and related activities.

Manages school grant program and graduate nursing education Fellowships. Coordinates distribution and oversight of fellowships and grants. Assists in the planning and implementation of special functions, projects and events such as the Annual Awards Ceremony and fundraising events.

Oversees FNSNA undergraduate scholarship administration including the Promise of Nursing and general scholarship programs. Responsible for FNSNA and Promise of Nursing scholarship programs. Serves as liaison to general scholarship sponsors. Coordinates fundraising events at NSNA meetings.
