What is the Role of the Ethics and Governance Committee?The committee is responsible for implementing resolutions passed by the HOD related to ethics and governance; engaging members in the Code of Ethics; assisting chapters to submit amendments to the Code of Ethics; guiding chapters with bylaws, policies and procedures; reviewing NSNA’s policies bylaws and procedures when related issues arise.
Hello members,
My name is Andrew Kim, and I am honored to be serving as your Director and Chair of the Ethics and Governance Committee. In June, I attended the NSNA Board orientation in New York City, where I met with my fellow board members and developed a roadmap of tasks aligned with our strategic plan for the upcoming term. Since being elected, I have been actively working to support the success of our organization. Since being appointed as Chair of the Ethics and Governance Committee, a role in which I help ensure that NSNA’s Bylaws and Code of Ethics are upheld.
