What is the Role of the Membership Committee?The Membership Committee is responsible for increasing membership, retaining members, and developing new member benefits.
Happy fall NSNA members,
As we start a new academic year filled with new opportunities, events, and friends NSNA is looking forward to helping each and everyone of you fulfill your nursing school goals. Another school year and fall semester means new challenges, classes, knowledge, and another day closer to fulfilling your dream of becoming a registered nurse. I’d like to say congratulations and welcome to our new members and students who are just beginning their journey. Although the journey through nursing school can be busy, overwhelming, and time consuming, it is important to take care of your well-being. Having a support system with like-minded individuals while going through nursing school is beneficial. Forming bonds with your peers is always a benefit because it is therapeutic to talk to people who understand exactly what you are going through. We all come from different backgrounds and are all working hard in our roles, whether it’s as a student, a member, leader, friend, wife, or husband. That is why at NSNA we understand that all our members have responsibilities outside of nursing school and we want to be here to support and encourage you all.
