What is the Role of the Convention and Program Planning Committee?

The committee provides the board and staff with guidance for programming at MidYear Conference and Annual Convention including themes, speakers, and education session topics.
Happy Fall Everyone,

I hope that you are all having a fantastic summer and great start to the fall semester!  Now that it’s fall that also means that our MidYear Conference is coming up! The 43rd MidYear Conference takes place November 6-8 in Columbus, Ohio at the Hyatt Regency Columbus. Our theme this year is “Hit your Note! Find your Rhythm! Fuel your Passion”. The MidYear Conference is an opportunity for NSNA members and faculty to learn and grow in a multitude of aspects related to nursing. Early bird registration is open online until October 6, 2025.

The MidYear Conference is set to include several exciting and enriching learning opportunities for our members. For students we have the NCLEX-RN Mini-Review by UWorld and so many exciting focus sessions. During our MidYear Conference you will have the opportunity to experience specialty panels that focus on transitioning into practice and preparing for your future. Attendees will also have a chance to explore the exhibit hall, the career compass corner, and attend a variety of workshops.
