What is the Role of the Convention and Program Planning Committee?The committee provides the board and staff with guidance for programming at MidYear Conference and Annual Convention including themes, speakers, and education session topics.
Happy Fall Everyone,
I hope that you are all having a fantastic start to your fall semester!! Now that it’s fall that also means that our MidYear Conference is coming up! The 42nd MidYear Conference takes place October 31st-November 3rd, 2024 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky. Our theme this year is “From the Starting Gate: Empowering and Engaging the Future Nurse Leaders of TOMORROW.” The MidYear Conference is an opportunity for NSNA members and faculty to learn and grow in a multitude of aspects related to nursing. Early bird registration is open online until September 30, 2024. The MidYear Conference is set to include several exciting and enriching learning opportunities for both members and faculty. For students we have the NCLEX Mini-Review Powered by Lippincott PassPoint and faculty workshops focused on nursing education. During our MidYear Conference you will have the opportunity to explore a variety of nursing specialties and advanced practice options including nursing specialty panels, a chance to explore the exhibit hall and career compass corner and attend a variety of workshops.
