International Transplant Nurses Society (ITNS)
The International Transplant Nurses Society (ITNS) is the professional organization for the transplant clinician. ITNS is dedicated to the education and clinical practice excellence of nurses who are interested in and participate in the care of solid organ transplant patients.
The mission of ITNS is to provide relevant evidence-based education, research, and advocacy to assure excellence in patient care worldwide. ITNS is honored to be a partner of the National Student Nurses Association and introduce the transplant nursing profession to NSNA members. ITNS welcomes NSNA members who are enrolled in an associate degree nursing program, a baccalaureate in nursing program (BSN), a nursing program leading to direct entry into a master’s program, or a graduate-level nursing program (full-time student).
ITNS offers a discounted membership dues rate of $25, as well as significantly reduced rates to attend the ITNS Annual Meeting. Student members also have opportunities to serve on committees, task forces, and workgroups, as well as receive discounted rates in the ITNS Education Center.
