"Online Learning: The State of the Science & Best Practices in Nursing Education" Dr. Tresa Kaur's research is in the area of simulation and best practices for teaching and learning. Other research interests include the role of EdDs in Nursing, online learning, technology and learning, nursing informatics instructional technology, mentoring, diversity, and adolescent obesity. Dr. Kaur has taught online for over 10 years and utilizes her background in education, nursing informatics and leadership to create innovative and meaningful active learning experiences for her students.
